# Accessing and Managing

Accessing your license is made easy through the [dashboard](https://dashboard.prismaio.com/). Here, you will find everything you need to know pertaining to your PrismAIO license. Anything form multi-factor authentication to renewal is handled via the dashboard.\
\
PrismAIO **does not** use a "key" based system. Instead, we use an account based system as that provides for ultimate security and ease of use.

## Home

The home tab is where you can view your expiration date and checkout statistics.

The settings tab is where you can bind your Discord, deactivate your license, and transfer your account. In addition to that, there is a security tab where you can enable two factor authentication.

The download tab is where you can download the latest version of PrismAIO. The dashboard will detect which operating software you are trying to download too.

# Renewal

## Pricing

* $50 every month, starting from the purchase date and can be renewed via the [dashboard](https://dashboard.prismaio.com/).

* PrismAIO can be renewed at anytime. Accounts are **never** deleted/destroyed.

## FAQ

* PrismAIO can be renewed at any time. Once renewed, an additional 1 month will be added to the current expiration date. If you choose not to renew, your account will **not** be destroyed meaning you can renew at any point in the future. However, after a 1 day grace period, you will lose access to the bot and Discord. In order to regain access back to these, you must renew.&#x20;
* All payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store any information.


# Two Factor Authentication

## App Setup

#### **Step 1:**

* Download Google Authenticator via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

#### **Step 2:**

* Upon opening the app for the first time, you should see a "BEGIN SETUP" button at the bottom of the screen. Click on that so you will be presented with a "scan barcode" and "manual entry" button. Click on the "scan barcode" option.

#### **Step 3:**

* After setting up the app, head over to the [dashboard](https://www.prismaio.com/dashboard). Once signed in, you will see a "Two Factor" tab. In that tab, you will see a green "Enable" button. Next to that button, there is a "Link MFA" button. Click on that button.

#### **Step 4:**

* Once you click that button, you will be presented with a pop-up link MFA window. Click on the "Request QR Code" where a new tab will open containing your unique QR code.

#### **Step 5:**

For new Google Authenticator:

* Use the "scan barcode" option in setup to scan the barcode.

For existing Google Authenticator Users:

* With the barcode open, head back to Google Authenticator and click on the + button in the top right-hand corner. Now head to the bottom of that screen and click on "Scan Barcode." Scan the barcode that the dashboard opened in your web-browser.&#x20;

For everyone:

* Upon a successful scan, you will than see a new tab in the app that contains a 6-digit combination. Use that combination to fill in the "Code" section in the dashboard. Upon a successful combination, you will see the "Link MFA" change to "Unlink MFA" in the dashboard.

#### **Step 6:**

* Click on the green "Enable" button. If everything went well, you will see a text file download which contains very important backup codes. In the event you get locked out, these codes will allow you to bypass using your phone or authentication app. You can regenerate these codes at any time by clicking the "Generate" button in the backup codes section.

## **SMS**

#### **Step 1:**

* Make sure you have enable Two Factor via the [dashboard](https://www.prismaio.com/dashboard).

#### **Step 2:**

* Click on the "Link Phone" button in the Phone tab.

* Type in your phone number into the box and click request code.

* Type the code sent to your phone into the "Code" box and click submit.
* After that, you phone can now be used to receive your authentication codes!


# Install

* Head on over to the [dashboard ](https://dashboard.prismaio.com/)to download

* Click the `prism-setup.exe` folder to get started. This can be found by heading to `file explorer -> downloads`  and double-clicking the Prism download file.

### Step 3:

* Proceed with the setup by following the on-screen instructions.&#x20;

### Step 4:

* &#x20;Login using the **same email and password that you use to login to the dashboard.** If everything is correct, PrismAIO will open and you will be presented with the bot.

* Go ahead and click the `prism-setup.dmg` file to get started. This can be found my heading to `Finder -> Downloads` and double-clicking the Prism download.

### Step 3:

* Drag the PrismAIO icon into the Applications folder. Then, double click the PrismAIO application to open.

### Step 4:

* &#x20;Login using the **same email and password that you use to login to the dashboard.** If everything is correct, PrismAIO will open and you will be presented with the bot.

# Uninstall

* Uninstalling will permanently delete all of your data in the bot. If done correctly, you will be starting fresh.

1. Go to your Windows settings page and click on the systems option.

2\. Click on the "Apps and Features" tab and locate the PrismAIO application. Click uninstall.

3\. Then go to your desktop and click CTRL + R on your keyboard to open the run window. Type into the box: `%appdata%`  and press OK.&#x20;

4\. Scroll down and locate the PrismAIO folder. Right click the folder and click delete.\ <br>

5\. Then click on the `AppData`  folder up top. You should see the Local, LocalLow, and Roaming folder. Click the Local folder and locate the `prismaio-updater`  folder. Right click the folder and press delete.<br>

6\. You are now ready to do a fresh install from the dashboard. For best performance, we suggest you restart your system before re-installing. When you are ready to re-install, please log into the dashboard and choose the windows icon below to re-install.<br>

1. Navigate to finder and once you are in finder, move your cursor all the way to the top of your computer and find `"Go"` and click on it.

2\. While in the go menu, hold the `"Option"` key to reveal a folder called `"Library"`

3\. Navigate to the `"Application Support"` and than to `"PrismAIO"`

5\. After moving that folder to the trash, you can proceed by re-downloading via the [dashboard](https://dashboard.prismaio.com/).

# Dashboard Analytics

Here, you can view your recent checkouts and watch your checkout graph climb with every item you hit. On the analytics section, you will see a way to sort your checkouts by day (d), week (w), month (m), and year (y). There is also a cumulative toggle that will show your success in a cumulative fashion.

# Release Calendar

Located on the dashboard tab inside the bot, you will see a "Weekly Release Calendar" section. The release calendar is where you can find upcoming releases and create tasks for those releases with just a few clicks.

### Using the Release Calendar

1. Locate the date of the release and click on it.
2. If the release has been added to the bot, you will see a photo and name of the release.
3. Once you have located the item you want to attempt to go for, click on "See Details"
4. Upon clicking it, you will see a window open that includes all the supported releases of the item. You will also see the time of the release which is based on your local time.
5. Next, choose the site(s) you want to run PrismAIO on. Click on the "Create Group" button which will automatically create a group with the suggested monitor input, along with prompting you to create your tasks. If you choose not to create your tasks in that window, you can click the "View" button which will take you directly to the newly created task group.

Releases are updated at the beginning of every month. If a release is not there, rest assured it will be added to the calendar.&#x20;

# Task Creation

## Task Group Creation

* Before creating tasks, a task group must first be created. To  create a task group, navigate to the `Tasks Groups` section and click `New Task Group +`

* From there, name your group and choose the site you want to run on.&#x20;

Only one site can be ran per task group. To run multiple sites, you must make multiple task groups.

## Monitor Setup

* The monitor section of a task group allows for easy mass-link-changing and allows users to get a better understanding of what their tasks are doing in real time.&#x20;

### Monitor Inputs

* Monitor inputs are what PrismAIO uses when searching a website's sitemap to checkout a product. They are inputted under the "monitoring" section of the task group.

There are four types of monitor inputs accepted by PrismAIO: keywords, direct links, variants, and PID.&#x20;

Some sites can only accept a specific type of monitor input so be sure to follow the module guides on how to properly setup those sites.

* If you are searching for the Yeezy 350 Zyon on a Shopify store, below is an example of a keyword group that you might run on a shopify store.
* Place a (+) before every word that you want the bot to search for and place a (-) before every word that you want the bot to ignore.
  * `(+yeezy,+350,+zyon,-pre,-toddler)`

* You can also use keyword groups to search for multiple different keyword sets independently such as the picture below. In this case, the bot will go for the Yeezy 350 Zyon OR the Yeezy 700 Waverunner - whichever product the bot picks up first is what it will go for.

* If you have an early link or would like to run a link for restocks, you can input the full item link into the monitor input. PrismAIO will automatically recognize the product URL and indicate above.

* Variants are another monitor input used on sites like Shopify, Snipes USA, and Hibbett that match to a specific item and size.
* Variants are usually provided by cook groups and used to run restock tasks.&#x20;

**Enable Variants:**

* To enable variants, navigate to `Task Group Settings` by clicking the three dots near the top-right section of the monitor section of the task group and click `Enable Variants`
* You can input multiple variants on separate lines such as the picture below and just indicate the size on each task that you create within that group.

* PID, short for product identification, is a monitor input that is tied to a specific product. It is most commonly used on footsites, Finish Line, JD Sports, and Yeezy Supply.

### Task Group Monitoring

* In PrismAIO, you will notice there is the option for two separate proxy groups and delays. In the monitoring section of the task group, that proxy list and delay box are used for **monitoring only.** Where as the proxy list and delay box displayed when creating a task are used for **adding to cart and checking out a product.**&#x20;

* The proxy list and delay in the monitor section are used for **monitoring only.**  This means that the group itself is what will do the monitoring, **TASKS DO NOT DO INDIVIDUAL MONITORING.** For instance, if you see your bot on "Waiting for Product" that means that each individual task is waiting for the task group to find the product using the task group proxies. The only exception to this comes if your Shopify task becomes OOS while you are checking out, or if you are using variants. If this is the case, the bot will use the **TASK** proxies to monitor for that **SPECIFIC** size to come back in stock.

What are "threads" A.K.A "monitor workers"?

* Threads, in simpler terms, are like another monitoring task. The max threads the bot will use is 10. This is swiftly calculated by the bot to insure that your monitor proxies will not become banned. The bot takes into account a variety of factors, including how many proxies you have in the task group list, what your current task group delay is, and lastly what our "unbannable delay" is.

How much data do monitor "threads" use?

* Monitor threads use roughly the same amount of data as a single task. With this though, the task group monitor is only looking for the product and in-stock sizes, and it does add-to-cart or checkout attempts which saves on data.

If my tasks have residential (resi) proxies as the TASK proxies and datacenter (DC/ISP) proxies as the MONITOR proxies, will they use data if the tasks are on "Waiting for Product"?

* No, the tasks will not use the residential proxies to monitor for the product. If the tasks are on `Waiting for Product` or `Waiting for Restock`, they will use the DC proxies that are the monitor proxies to wait for the product to be live. The only case where the task will use the residential is if the site you are running is Shopify and the task proceeds to checkout but the product goes OOS. In that case, the task will CONTINUE to use the task proxies, in this case the residential ones.

How many monitor proxies do I need?

* There is no set amount, but the more the better. If you run very low monitor delays, it is best to have many (25+) proxies.

Can I use no proxies (localhost) as the task group proxies?

* You can, but it is not recommended to do it for more than 1 task group per site. So if you are running 5 task groups for Finish Line, don't run more that 1 task group without task group proxies.

Pro-tip: If you are running on a Shopify site with proxy protection and your datacenter proxies are throttled, run one task group on your localhost and your tasks with residential proxies. In this case, the bot should pickup the product faster rather than using residential proxies to monitor as they often are slower speeds.

Do the group proxies have to be the same as the task proxies?

* No they do not. You can use two different groups for both - it does not matter if they are the same or not.

## Task Creation

* After a task group has been created, tasks can be created by click the `+` icon at the top of the task group. Here, you can configure your tasks to what is needed to run the site. Depending on the site selected, different options will be available.&#x20;

## Editing Tasks

### Changing Monitor Inputs

* The monitor input can be easily changed by pasting the new monitor input over the old monitor input. Once pasted, the new monitor input will automatically save and tasks will begin to run for that.&#x20;

### Changing Task Data

* Tasks can be easily edited by holding `CTRL + A` to highlight all tasks or `CTRL + left click` to select certain tasks to edit. Once you have the desired tasks selected, click Update All or Update Sel. in the top-right corner of the task group to update.&#x20;


# Delays

* When creating tasks, there are two different delays to add: monitor delay and task delay

### Monitor Delay

* The monitor delay is the delay by which the monitor threads will monitor for the product. A lower monitor delay will result in faster product pickup times.

### Task Delay

* The task delay is the delay by which the task will try and add a product to cart.&#x20;

# Profiles

* The billing page can be accessed by clicking the profile option on the left-hand task bar.&#x20;

## Creation

* &#x20;To create a billing profile, press the `+` button near the top icons and a pop-up will appear.

#### General Tab

* The general tab is where general profile information will go.

* This value is typically found on the back of your credit card and is usually three digits. If you have an American Express card, this is found on the front of your card and is four digits.

* This is shorthand for expiration month. Choose the month from the drop down options.

* The shipping tab is where shipping information will go.

* Enter in your postal code. If you have a space in your zip code, include it as way.

**Billing Tab**

* This tab is where the billing address will go. If it is the same address as the shipping address, enable, `Same As Shipping.`

## Profile Groups

* Profile groups are designed to make it easier to mass select profiles.

#### Creation

* To create a profile group, click `Groups` in the top-right corner of the billing/profile page.&#x20;
* To create a new group, click `Create`.&#x20;
* Once there, select the profiles you want to add my holding `ctrl + click` or `shift + click`
* Lastly, name the group and click create.

## Import/Export

* Profiles can be imported and exported by clicking either of these buttons at the top of the billing/profile page. The left icon is to import, the right icon is to export.&#x20;

How many profiles do I need?

* Ideally each task will have a unique profile.

How should I jig my profile?

* Please refer to your cook group on how to properly jig.


# Proxies

* Proxies are used to mask your IP address to allow you to run multiple tasks without getting your IP banned

## Adding + Managing Proxies

* Proxies can be created and managed by navigating to the proxy tab.
* To create a new list, first name your proxy list and then paste your proxies into the `proxies` section

### **Creating a Webhook**

* A Discord webhook is used to not only see PrismAIO success, but also **required** to receive PayPal checkout links.

Step 1:

* Create your own Discord server by clicking the "+ - Add A Server" Icon on Discord.

Step 2:

* Click on the `create a server` button and fill out the necessary information to create your server.
* Once your server is all setup, you will than want to head to `server settings` tab.

* In server settings, head over to the `webhooks`tab.

* Click on the `Create Webhook` button to create your webhook. Choose what channel you want the webhook to go too. **Make sure to copy that link as it is needed for the bot.**

### **Creating a Webhook**

* A Slack webhook is used to not only see PrismAIO success, but also **required** to receive PayPal checkout links.

Step 1:

* Create your own Slack Workspace by clicking the "+ - Add workspaces" Icon the left-hand side of your slack application

Step 2:

* Once you have created your new workspace, you should be on the homepage for the workspace in your internet browser.
* Scroll to the bottom and locate the `+ Add Applications` button.

Phillips Hue and Nanoleaf integration allows PrismAIO users to sync their Phillips Hue and Nanoleaf lighting systems to PrismAIO. Every time you successfully checkout, your lights will flash green. Any time you get a failure, the lights will flash red.

### Setup

In order to set up the Phillips Hue Integration, you must first have the following items:

1.) Phillips Hue Enabled Lights

2\) Phillips Hue Bridge

To get started, go to the settings -> general -> then locate the Phillips Hue button.

Once selected the following window will pop up.

Make sure your Phillips Hue Bridge is next to you and then press the connect button.

Next, press the sync button on your Phillips Hue Bridge. If successful, the Hue button should change colors. We recommend you restart PrismAIO after pairing to ensure that you were successful in the pairing.

Please note that this will only work when your Phillips Hue Bridge is on the same wifi network as the device you are running PrismAIO on.

**If you are having trouble pairing, please check this list for troubleshooting options:**

* Try repeating the pairing process
* Make sure Hue Bridge is on
* Disconnect from any VPN or proxy from the device you are trying to pair to.

### Setup

In order to set up the Nanoleaf Integration, you must first find the IP address of your Nanoleaf system by going into your router administrator dashboard/settings.

Each internet provider might have a different way to access the administrator dashboard for their router so please refer to your router's guide. Here is a basic tutorial [video as an example.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZAMTmBq4dA)

Once you have identified the IP address of your Nanoleaf system, you are now ready to turn your Nanoleaf system into pairing mode. To do this, follow the instructions below:

`1) Press and hold down the Effect Select and Power buttons on the controller for about 10 seconds, until the LED on the controller begins flashing.`\
`2)Release the two buttons and the LED on the controller will remain on and steady`

Next, click on the Nanoleaf button in the settings tab. Then type in the IP address of your Nanoleaf system that we found earlier. The pairing and connect process should be done relatively close to each other in timing. If successfully paired, the Nanoleaf button should change colors. We recommend you restart PrismAIO after pairing to ensure that you were successful in the pairing.

Please note that this will only work when your Nanoleaf is on the same Wi-Fi network as the device you are running PrismAIO on.

**If you are having trouble pairing, please check this list for troubleshooting options:**

* Try repeating the pairing process
* Make sure you have the correct IP address of your Nanoleaf system.
* Disconnect from any VPN or proxy from the device you are trying to pair to.

#### App Data

* App data can be imported + exported. This will import or export all of your bot settings.
* To import or export, click the corresponding button.

## Site Options

* Site options, also known as your quick task/default settings, are used for quick tasks and are partially used for Automations.&#x20;
  * To configure global defaults, fill out all of the information under `Configure Global Defaults` and click save.
  * To configure site-specific defaults, first select a site at the top to configure defaults for that specific site.&#x20;

## Size Groups

* Size groups can be used to speed up task creation. They allow you to select multiple sizes and group them together.
* To create a group, name your group and click the sizes you want and click create.

## Shipping Rates

* Shipping rates are used to speed up Shopify checkout process but are **not** required.&#x20;
* To add a rate, click `Create` and name input the shipping rate or input product URL
  * If using `Input Rate`, simply copy the shipping rate and paste it in the shipping rate box.
  * If using `Input Product URL`, select a profile that will be used to grab the rate and use a product URL that is for a product similar in size and weight to the item you will be using the rate for.&#x20;

## Accounts

* Accounts are required for sites like Undefeated and optional for sites like Foot Locker.&#x20;
* To add an account, click `Add`. Next, choose the site you want to add accounts for and paste the email into the `Login` section and password into the `Password` section.

## IMAP

* IMAP is used to automatically grab codes from your email(s) and submit them on sites like Yeezy Supply.
* IMAP is best utilized if you are using a catchall or emails that forward to one primary email. If they do not go to one or a handful primary emails, you will have to sign in to every profile email under the IMAP section which is a lot of work.&#x20;

## Create and Manage Captcha Harvesters

* Captcha harvesters can be accessed via the "Harvesters" section which is located in the setting page of the bot or by clicking "Captcha" in the top right-hand section of the bot.

**Access Token:**

* The access token is required to run AutoSolve. To copy the access token, simply click the box that says "Copy Access Token"

* AutoSolve setup can be accessed via the harvesters section in the settings tab of the bot. In order to add your AutoSolve keys, you first must create a new harvester in the top right. Upon creating a new harvester, you must change the type to "AutoSolve"
* After you have done that, you will paste your API key and access token above into their corresponding boxes.

### **Setting-up Autosolve for Footsites (third party captcha services):** <a href="#h_8fa0201d9e" id="h_8fa0201d9e"></a>

1\) Check the connections tab in Autosolve and make sure that your prism is showing up here. If you do not see Prism listed below, go to the `Troubleshooting` section of the guide below.

2\) To use third-party captcha services, go back to the Autosolve tab. Your third-party captcha services should all show up under services. If you do not see them, you will need to go back to the AYCD dashboard and enter each third-party API key on the AYCD website.

3\) Make sure there is a checkmark next to each third-party service you would like to use and set the priority on the left-hand side by dragging them around.

4\) Press the green `Connect` button on the top left corner.

5\) Now go to prism and in your task group, make sure your captcha source is set to `Auto Solve`. After this step, you are all set and ready to run tasks with auto solve for Footsites!

1\) Check the connections tab in Autosolve and make sure that your prism is showing up here. If you do not see Prism listed below, go to the `Troubleshooting` section of the guide below.

2\) Once you have confirmed that auto solve is connected and showing up in AYCD, start auto solve on the actual emails that you plan on using for this drop by clicking on the `Accounts` tab.

3\) Make sure that only `OneClick` is showing up connected.

4\) Now go to prism and in your task group, make sure your captcha source is set to `Auto Solve`. After this step, you are all set and ready to run tasks with auto solve for Yeezysupply.

### **Troubleshooting:** <a href="#h_502e054eef" id="h_502e054eef"></a>

**If you do not see your Prism connected to AYCD, try these steps:**

1\) Restart both PrismAIO and AYCD and try again.

2\) If it still does not show up, go to your Prism and delete the AYCD harvester.

3\) Then go to AYCD's dashboard website and delete your existing Prism API key.

4\) Generate a new API key. Then back to Prism and create a new Autosolve harvester. Enter your information and check again.

## FAQ

Do I need to use proxies?

* Yes. If you are using more than one harvester, you must use proxies. Note: Shopify harvesters DO NOT need proxies.

Does each harvester need to have a different email?

* Yes. If you are using more than one harvester, you need to make sure each harvester is logged into a different account.

What is the difference between "Shopify Checkout" and "Shopify Checkpoint"?

* "Shopify Checkout" will only show a captcha if it is a checkout captcha.
* "Shopify Checkpoint" will only show a captcha if it is a checkpoint captcha.
* In order to successfully checkout on Shopify sites with anti-bot, you need to have **at least 1 of each harvester open.**

Do I need to login to my harvester every time I open the bot?

* No. Once you are logged into the harvester, your account will not be logged out.

Can I select multiple captcha sources per task group?

* No. Each task group can only have one captcha source.&#x20;

The automations tab allows for 24/7 monitoring of products without the risk of banning your proxies. Automations works by using our monitors to monitor products and if the monitors pickup a product that matches your inputted keywords or PID, your tasks will automatically be created and started.

### **Starting & Stopping** &#x20;

There are four parameters for starting tasks via automations. Only one parameter has to be checked, but you can enable multiple depending on the site.

`Start on monitor (Shopify):` starts tasks as soon as Prism's third-party monitor pings.

`Start on checkpoint (Shopify):` starts tasks as soon as Prism's third-party monitor pings that checkpoint on the site you are running goes up.

* `Stop when checkpoint goes down (Shopify):` stops tasks when checkpoint is disabled on a site regardless of if the product dropped or not.&#x20;
  * `Create one empty group:` create ONE task group with no monitor input when checkpoint goes up which allows you to mass link change to the product that dropped.&#x20;
  * `Create one group per link:` creates one task group PER link in your automation group.
    * Depending on how many links you have, this can create a lot of tasks that can quickly become too many to manage so be careful!

`Start on checkouts:` starts tasks after Prism's checkouts surpass your set number of checkouts

`Start on carts:` starts tasks after Prism carts your set number globally.

### Site Selection

* You can choose to monitor only a select few sites or all sites at once. Be careful with your keywords/monitor inputs if using all sites as you don't want to pickup the wrong product.

## Monitor Pop Out

* The monitor pop-out is a quick and easy way to watch the Prism checkout logs, as well as the monitors. To access the monitor pop-out, click the "Monitor" button near the top-right of Prism.

**Checkout Feed:** The checkout feed consists of Prism's checkout log and is updated in real time

**Monitor:** The monitor section consists of the unfiltered shopify section and is also updated in real time.

**Quick Tasks:**

* In both the checkout feed and monitor section, there is a size option and paperclip option. Clicking the size will create a quick task, clicking the paperclip will copy the URL of the product to the clipboard.

* You can monitor PIDs, keywords, and links (for sites that support it). You cannot monitor variants for a product.

* Your data will only be used once tasks start.

Can I use gift cards for footsites?

* Yes. Select your gift card list in site options and automations will automatically use it.

## Queue-It

* There is a common misconception that if the release uses Queue-It then Geetest will not be used and this is **wrong**. Regardless of the queue type, DataDome with Geetest will always be in use.
  * For those unfamiliar with Queue-It, it is another queue type that Footsites use. Queue-It requries a recaptcha V2 (standard captcha) to enter the queue.
  * DataDome is the anti-bot that Footsites use and when your proxy becomes blocked, a captcha will be needed. Prism will solve all GeeTest captcha **automatically**.

* Some errors are simply unpredictable so they don't have a designated status in the bot. If you encounter one of those errors, you can search the error here to see what it means.

Waiting for Product:

* The task is waiting for the monitor to pickup the product. If you are stuck here but the drop is live, change your monitor proxies.

Waiting xxhr xxm xxs:

* This means that the task is waiting for the countdown on the site to end.

Queue:

* For most footsites drops, they will put up a queue and slowly let tasks/users through. This status is perfectly normal and you must let the bot run.

Queue (Perma):

* During high-traffic periods, footsites will put up a permeant (perma) queue. This status means that they are not allowing anyone to pass the queue and access the product page.
* Can also occur due to region locked releases. For example, US proxies will not work on some CA releases.&#x20;

Out of Stock, retrying...:

* This is the most important status and is what you want most of your tasks to be at. Footsites release stock over time, and not at once, so this status means that the task is continuing to try and add the product to cart until they add more stock.

Generating Session:

* One of the first statuses you will see will be generating session. Each task must generate a session. If you find your tasks stuck on this status, you must change your proxies.

Solving Datadome:

* Your tasks are waiting for you to solve the Datadome captcha. If you are stuck there, stop using third party solvers and solve the captcha.

IP Banned:

* IP Banned means that the proxy or IP address you are using in the bot is banned and cannot access the product page. For the most part, the only way to fix this status is to change proxies.

Rate Limited:

* Rate limit occurs when you are sending too many requests from a single IP address. Some proxies are rate limited by default so make sure to test your proxies before the drop.

Cart Expired:

* This usually happens when one of your tasks has carted and another task using the same billing profile attempts to cart again. Both carts will be cleared and you will get this status. The only way to combat this is to run more unique billing profiles for your tasks.

Proxy Error:

* Proxy error means bad proxy. Change your proxy list.

Request Timed Out:

* This error means that the task could not establish a connection to the site. Causes for this include slow proxies and a site that is under a lot of traffic.

Error Adding to Cart:

* Sometimes a size will give an error when you try to add to cart via the bot or even manually. If you see this error, just let it run.

Unknown Response \[400]:

* Usually means a bad prrofile if it occurs before a billing step
* Can also be bot related.&#x20;

Unknown Response \[403]:

* Another way to say rate limited. Change proxies if you encounter this.

Unknown Response \[404]:

* Means that the site or page is not found OR the bot is not working.&#x20;

Unknown Response \[418]:

* This is normal as the site is experiencing heavy traffic. Just let your tasks run.

Unknown Response \[421]:

* This is normal as the site is experiencing heavy traffic. Just let your tasks run.

Unknown Response \[502]:

* Site error

Unknown Response \[503]:

* Site error

Task Crashed:

* Rarely occurs but can happen. Open a ticket if you get this error.

## FAQ

### General FAQ

What is Adyen?

* Adyen is footsite's payment processor. They are very strict on checkout information so during footsite drops you might receive a lot of cancellation emails. This is not the bot's fault, but solely based off the information that was used to checkout.

Can I use the same profile multiple times?

* You can, but it is not recommended.

What type of proxies are recommended?

* For initial drops, a mix of residential and datacenter proxies are recommended.

What are cart holds?

* Footsites use a cart hold system to try and make a release fair. When you add a product to cart during release time, theoretically the product will be held in your cart for around 10 minutes to give you time to checkout. With this, the product may show as out of stock very fast. Most of the time, this does not mean that it is actually out of stock! During footsite drops, people who were not successful in checking out will have their cart lost. This typically happens in waves of about 5 to 10 minutes. When these waves occur, you will see a heavy influx in checkouts.

Why am I getting payment declined?

* Sometimes payment failures/declines are a result of your bank declining the transaction. But with the recent changes to footsites, your task will show payment declined if you have already checked out that product on one site using the same profile. With this, it is highly recommended to use as many profiles as possible.

### Proxies

If I use Residential proxies as my TASK proxies, will they use data while monitoring?

* They will **not** as long as they are on "Waiting for Product" or "Waiting for Restock." But as soon as the product is picked up it will begin to use the proxies that are assigned to your tasks.

Why am I seeing "IP Banned"?

* IP banned occurs when the bot continues to try and add a product to the cart but the product page has been pulled. It is just a page ban that can be resolved by restarting tasks.

Why am I seeing "Rate Limit"?

* Rate limit occurs when you send too many requests from a single IP in a short amount of time. This can occur if you are running low delays or not enough proxies. The only way to fix this is too use a new set of proxies.
* With this though, some footsite products are rate limited for everyone. If you try and add to cart manually and get an error, the bot showing "rate limit" is a reflection of that.

### **Accounts**

Can I use the same FLX accounts for multiple tasks?

* **No**! Each task must be assigned one account as using the same account multiple times will cause lots of errors.

# Gift Cards

The purpose of using gift cards to checkout on footsites is to avoid credit card processing which in turn should help reduce PV (payment verification).

## **Purchasing Gift Cards**

* In order to add gift cards to the bot, you must purchase them. The best place to order gift cards is directly from their website which can be found [here](https://www.footlocker.com/product/giftcard/ECARD21.html).&#x20;

## **Adding Gift Cards to the Bot**

* After you have purchased your gift cards, head over to the settings tab in the bot. Once there, you will see a tab called "Gift Cards"

### **Creating a Gift Card List** <a href="#h_42b3ba13d6-1" id="h_42b3ba13d6-1"></a>

* A gift card list can be created by choosing a name, assigning a site, and adding your cards. Card are added in `card:pin:balance` format. For example, if your card # is `6199111111119510` and your online pin # is `12345678`, you would add it to the bot as `6199111111119510:12345678`. If you don't want to check the balance, you can manually add it by adding the balance to the end of the `card:pin`combination. Each card and pin combo must be on its own line. Once you have your cards added, click the create button. A completed list is shown below.
* If you click the `$` sign, the bot will check the balance left on the giftcard. By clicking `Balances`, it will pull the balance for all your gift cards.&#x20;

How many giftcards do I need?

* Unfortunately, there is no way to give a specific answer as it changes from user to user and from release to release. We recommend having enough in giftcards to cover your past release success as that can be a good indication on how you might preform on upcoming drops.

Can I use the same giftcard or giftcard list on all footsites?

* Yes.

What happens if I run out of giftcards?

* If the gift card cannot cover the entire purchase, the bot will use whatever amount is left on the gift card and will then cover the rest with the profile assigned to the task.

Do I need to check the balance?

* Yes!

# FLX Accounts

Using FLX accounts provides a handful of benefits. Accounts are not required to checkout.

Here are the positives of using accounts:

* Free shipping for FLX account members
* Ability to accumulate points in your FLX account which can later be used for in-store reservation boosts etc
* Less likely to trigger Payment Verification emails (unconfirmed)

# Multi SKU Monitoring

Multi SKU monitoring allows you to mass-monitor footsite products using your own monitor proxy and data. Unlike Automations, multi SKU monitoring will require users to use their proxies to monitor products. This is best utilized for those who want the fastest possible pickup time and can afford the data consumption and amount of ISP proxies necessary. **Only works on restocks.**

## FAQ

Do I need proxies?

* Yes! Multi SKU will use your monitor proxies to monitor for products.

How many proxies do I need?

* 2+ proxies per SKU being monitored

Does it use my monitor proxy data?

* Yes. It is recommended to only monitor with ISP/DC or unmetered proxies. Task data is not used until a product is picked up.

What happens if it picks up two products at the same time?

* If two or more products pickup at the same time, the bot will go for whichever product is picked up first. After that product is sold out or if tasks are rotating `Out of Stock, retrying...`, it will randomly go to another product that you are monitoring for that is still in-stock. If no product is in-stock, tasks will go back to `Waiting for Product/Restock`

Should I use this on initial drop?

# Raffle Entry

Footsite's new release method consists of entering a raffle and if you win, the shoes will be shipped to the address that was used to enter the raffle. The raffles are open for several days, allowing

Why are my tasks stuck "Submitting Raffle"?

* Their site struggles very badly when entering the raffle. Just let all your tasks run and it will eventually go through.&#x20;

What does "Session Expired" mean?

* This is normal. Just let your tasks run.&#x20;

How many accounts do I need?

* The more the better.&#x20;

How many profiles do I need?

* Each account should have a unique profile.

Do I need unique information on each profile?

* Yes

Can I enter all footsites on the same account?

* Yes

Do my accounts need to have information already saved on them?

* No. If PrismAIO detects the account has no information saved, it will save the info on your profile to that account. If it has information already saved on the account, it will use that to enter.

* Shopify is one of the most common sites to bot as there are numerous sites that drop. PrismAIO supports every Shopify store.&#x20;

## Task Creation

### Monitor Setup

* After creating a task group, you will want to decide which monitor input you want to run. Shopify supports keywords (and keyword groups), direct links, and variants. ## FAQ

What is Shopify bot protection?

* Shopify's bot protection often consists of a checkpoint captcha, checkout captcha, and requiring the user to run a safe mode when checking out. Sometimes they will enable proxy throttling which will effect a lot of proxies ability to add to cart and checkout.

Does Shopify cancel?

* Many shopify sites are very strict on orders with sites like Kith being the most strict. It does vary from site to site though.&#x20;

What type of proxies should I run?

* ISP are recommended as they have the highest chance of passing proxy protection.

Does AYCD/2Cap/CapMonster/Anti-Cap work for Shopify?

* Yes. They may be slower than solving manually but are best utilized on restocks.

What does "Payment Failure" mean?

* Payment failures can mean that your card was declined but I doesn't always mean that. It can also mean the checkout was blocked by the site because of the bot, captcha score, or one attempted checkout per credit card at the same time on some sites.

How to setup a custom site?

* A custom site can be setup by clicking the `"Custom Site (Shopify)"` button which can be found when creating a task group. From there you will need to add the host URL. # Domain Change

* Domain change releases often bring the most bot protection possible and involve changing to a completely new, often unknown site. To get started with a domain change release, create a task group for  `Shopify Domain Change`

Will I need to "solve" captchas?

* The answer is **no.** Finish Line uses V3 captchas so the only thing you need to make sure is that you are signed in to an email account with a 0.9 V3 rating. For more information on this rating, refer to your cook group.

How many harvesters do I need?

* As many as you can have. There is no set ratio or recommended amount.

Do I need proxies in my harvesters?

* If using more than 1 harvester, you must have proxies in the harvester.

## Task Creation

### Monitor Setup

* After creating a task group, you will want to use the product PID provided by our release guides or a third-party. Using a direct link **will not** work. The PID consists of the product SKU and color ID. For example:
  * `https://www.hibbett.com/jordan-1-retro-high-og-white-black-light-smoke-grey-mens-shoe/Q0936.html?dwvar_Q0936_color=1225`
    * The PID (monitor input) for this link would be `Q0936,1225`

## Restock vs. Cloud Mode

* **Cloud** - Most common and simplest mode, best to use this. It waits until "cloud monitor" finds product and then will try to submit order&#x20;
* **Restock** - Only sometimes unlocked if a good product restocking at 9:30AM EST - Submits order at the exact minute + second you choose so doesn't have to wait for cloud.

### Cloud Monitoring

* If cloud mode I selected, tasks will utilize cloud monitoring. Instead of showing a timer, tasks will say "Waiting for Restock" and are waiting for the cloud monitor to ping and tell tasks to spam payment.&#x20;

## Multi-SKU Monitoring

* To enable multi-sku, in the task group click the three dots in the task group to enable multi-sku.

  * Multi-SKU is slightly slower in terms of flow (has to ATC when something pings via cloud monitoring)
  * Single SKU preloads the item you want (SLIGHTLY faster)
  * Multi-SKU can only run cloud

## FAQ

When do I start tasks?

* Start tasks when CloudFlare is enabled. We will announce in the discord when Cloudflare is enabled.

How do I know if CloudFlare is enabled?

* If you navigate to Hibbett on a new Chrome user and see the image below, CloudFlare is enabled.

What does "Failed to solve CF" mean?

* If you see this status, restart tasks. It means it was unable to solve the CloudFlare challenge. That is the same thing as being stuck on this step if you were to go manually:

Does Hibbett cancel?

* Typically Hibbett does not cancel but if they suspect you of reselling, they will ban your address.

What type of proxies should I run?

* Residential proxies are required.&#x20;

&#x20;Do I have to solve captchas?

* No. There are no captchas that you have to solve. Prism solves all the captchas by itself.

Why are my tasks stuck on "Solving PX Captcha"?

* Tasks that are stuck on solving px captcha mean that the proxies you are using are banned and are not able to pass solving px captcha. The only way to fix this is to use new proxies.

When does Hibbett restock?

* Hibbett restocks on a very consistent pattern. Typically, Hibbett restocks at :15, :17, :35, :37 or in 30 minute increments from those listed times. Another way to see what item is restocking is through the public checkout logger.


# Hibbett Restock Guide

* Before setting up for Hibbett restocks, please familiarize your self with general task creation which can be found [here](https://help.prismaio.com/module-guides/hibbett).

## **Setting Up For Hibbett Restocks:**

* The fastest and most efficient way to run for Hibbett restocks is by using **SKU** and **cloud** **mode**. Variants will be provided via share links for certain shoes in the Discord channel titled "run-for-restocks" which will be updated periodically.
* Hibbett restocks occur in 30 minute intervals. Knowing the exact time they will restock is not possible so it is best to check monitors to see at what interval the product you are trying to go for is restocking.
* In order to run restocks with variants, it is **highly recommended to use the "Cloud" feature** to maximize the product you can run. You will want to start tasks 5-7 minutes before the expected restock as payment tokens expire and thus do not allow tasks to be ran 24/7.

Why am I getting retrying payment?

* Retrying payment means that the product is out of stock and that the task is trying to submit the payment again in hopes that the product comes back in stock.

Should I use residential or datacenter proxies?

* Residential proxies are required.&#x20;

What delays should I run for restocks?

* Speed plays a big factor in Hibbett restocks. For best chances on restocks, it is best to drop task delay to about 1000 right before the restock. Monitor delay does not matter if you are running **with drop time.** Note: DO NOT run 24/7, only run it for a short period of time during a potential restock.

How long should I let my tasks run before stopping?

* It is recommended to stop tasks about 1 minute after the potential restock.

Do I need to use the "Restock" mode?

* Restock mode is slightly faster than cloud mode, but the restock mode usually reamins locked. It is best to use cloud mode unless otherwise made note in Discord.&#x20;
